Number of questions: What state are you in? What type of debt is it, ie CC, student loan, car loan, etc? Do you have attachable assets, car, house, bank accouts?

First and foremost you need to keep your health. Do not let this make you ill. You have made an economic choice not to repay due to a bad situation. Do you have a job now?
