My account is not past 180 days, I have been making last minute payments to keep it from going over the 180 day mark & I have been offered settlement each time I talk to them. I trying to work my best deal. So it's back to my original question...what would the collection agency (if I let the account go over 180 days) charge the CCC to collect my account ?
