You should not worry too much about the cc debt,if you have no seizable assets it is doubtful they will file for a judgment. If you decide to do BK, you should do it now before they change the law. Your student loans are not dischargable in BK,but they ARE considered in your qualifying for ch7. DO NOT do ch13,it is almost a bad as ccc.As Ken said, your health comes first, go back to school, learn something useful there, AND as I said on the other board, consider that this "bad" experience may provide new opportunities and a better future,especially if it teaches you how to cope with your problems more successfully.I believe you are in Cal.,so there are additional resources there in keeping the creditors from harrassing you.
