I think I will go to the courthouse and have a look right now. On the copy of the "notice of involuntary lien" that I just received in the mail, it states that my mom was personally served or was mailed the abstract on 4/29/2002. Well my mom had already passed away by then. Thank you for your input. I'll let you know what happens.
