You need a basic reality check. Do you really think you can walk away from 3 mortgages and not get sued? And, once they win the lawsuit that they won't put a lein on your present home. You are qualified for a new loan and just missed payments on the old one? Mortgage companies will pull your credit several times before you close. The late payment will be picked up. I can't imagine a reputable bank would proceed with a loan closing with someone who has a mortgage in default.

I'd suggest you read Why Chat's post and get to a lawyer before you have no houses.
