Were these cards obtained while you were married and/or living at the same address? If not, write a letter rrr to each of the creditors, request they immediately notify the credit bureaus that this was a fraudulent entry, that you NEVER signed or authorized you name to be used, that you never had any possession or use of the cards. State that if the fraudulent entries are not PURGED from your report you will file a complaint against them for violation of the FCRA and they may be held liable for damages due to their slander of your credit by them or their agents.(address te OC letters to their legal dept.)Send a dispute to the CRA's stating that these are not your accounts, include a copy of your letter to the OC's.Send all RRR.If you were married, and at the same address when the cards were taken out you can use the same letter, just remove the "I was no longer married or at that address portion of your claim"
