They ARE both paid, are they not? they were both charge-offs, (even if one was a bank error) were they not? What is it you wish to do? If they are close to the normal drop off date, you can try disputing them as Not my account, not this date and not this creditor and hope that the CA you "paid off" is kind enough to ignore the verification request, and that the bank does the same.
