I guess I dont see a problem. I wouldn't even consider BK for another year or so. Let me reiterate my situation. I have never missed a mortgage payment on any of my loans. I will pay all of my debts on time until I am safely in my new house with a signed mortgage contract in my hand. At that time I may rent out my current house for a while. Then I may declare BK and see what happens. At that point I dont believe I am in any danger of losing my new house. If I lose the old one? who cares
