I agree they shouldn't. But they say on that big of a collections, they require it.

My rental history is perfect, they say that to me. But what can I do? I need a place to live and already gave my 30 day notice because I never heard back with any problems from my new apartment.

I really am trying to figure out how to contact the CA..what to say, what to agree to, etc...so I can take care of this.
