It is illegal for any collection agent not to identify themselves, it is illegal for them not to give you written notice of your rights to dispute. It is foolish of you to worry, next time she calls, tell her the call is being traced and reported to the County Sheriff's Dept. notify your phone company you are being harrassed by a fraudulent attempt at extortion.
