I just found on my credit report, my repossession is still listed as Toyota, not the CA, which I guess is normal.

But the report shows I made a payment to Toyota on 2/2002, but that was the last time I paid the CA, not Toyota.

The apartment wants verification from Toyota, because that is what is listed.

So legality of the Credit Report aside, how do you think I should go about dealing with Toyota and the CA to simply get a letter saying I have made a recent payment (and not shown that I didn't make a payment for months before that)? I don't want collections to be begin with them all over again, as I state, the CA gave up on me I think because I haven't heard from them in 6 months.
