Don't know if you remember me, but I was on here before asking about my Husband filing Chapter 13 separately from me and about authorized users. Well, now my Husband lost his job. So instead of CHapter 13 we are considering Chapter 7. The only problem is, now we will have no money to file with the attorney who wanted $1000. So, can we file on our own? Or how do we find a low cost attorney?? We live in Tampa. I also saw some software online that will help you fill out the forms. Is this a scam?? thanks again.
