i just got my trans union report. I have a Wells Fargo acct. that is date past due as of 10/95. The account was sold to a collection agency. So, is this account considered a "charge off"? It doesn''t say it on my CR. I signed in CA, I'm now in CT. So am I technically free and clear of getting sued, since the SOL for both states have passed? 2nd question, can someone post a template for a cease and desist letter?
