Try legal aide, although they don't always accept debt relief cases. However, they can refer you to a list of lawyers who will work at a reduced rate. If this fails, find a way like WhyChat states. If you're forced to do something as drastic as bankruptcy, then make sure you get it right the first time and that you're free from your obligations after it's all over. Good luck.
