CRA's investagate by asking the creditor for your account history. The creditor sends back the same report that you were makeing the complaint on as a rule. The CRA then send you notice the investigation is done. They say for the most part that. "CRA has verified that this item belongs to you. the subscriber comments is correct." In your case that would be JC Pen. Point, they ask the creditor and that the end of it. If that account is paid.
