hi all,
i got a court judgement filed against me back in 94' by Sears. i entered and defaulted on the credit card in california. i have not heard from them ever since the judgement. i now live in connecticut. can they still come after me? if so, can they garnish my wages from another state? is my joint checking and savings account protected (i just got married last year)???is there a SOL on court judgements? i would appreciate any help! thanks
