Send a letter to the legal department of the cable company stating that you are demanding they IMMEDIATELY PURGE this incorrect information from your reports or you will file a complaint with the FTC & your State's AG office AND the FCC for their violations of the FCRA. In addition you will file suit against them for slander of credit and damages done by their failure to correct their error.
Send it RRR. Send a copy to Experian with a copy of your green card requesting notification of compliance.
