thankyou for your reply why chat , you seem like a very nice person & when people like myself are in financial trouble its GREAT that you & people like yourself are able to help .. now knowing the sol on cc debts are 4 yrs in nevada since my last date of activaty is 9/98 on all 3 bureaus guess i need to get through sept. until im ok .. i wont take up to much more of your time but 2 more questions if thats ok .. in nevada "if" they follow through an sue me ( even thought i have no assets & im basically broke except about 400. in my checking account ) do they need to serve me with court papers in person or can it be done through the mail & if i decided to one day move out of state will the nevada sol still apply on these debts or will it be the new states sol that i would be residing in apply ?? again thankyou so much for the helpful answers .. thanx kelly ..
