1st of all, the "last date of activity" on your reports can easily be challenged.Do you have an Experian report? Look at IT and see when they show the account will be removed, subtract 3 years, that is your SOL. Do you have any old bills or letters that show when your FIRST date of delinquency (1st late notice, or past due fee) was? THAT is the legal stary date of your SOL, so ise the SOL letter. 2nd, if you move out of Nevada, and move to a State with the same or shorter SOL, you would be ok, but if you move to a State with a 5 or 6 year SOL, you can be sued in THAT State. Best fight it now, send them the SOL letter, I will be posting Nevada's statute on my site tomorrow. Once you send them that letter, you will be OK.
