once again why chat thankyou !! ok i do have an old bill from mbna from sept 98 showing that im past due by "at least" 30 days & i looked at my bank records ( that i keep in pen when ya write out checks ) & it shows i made my last payment to them the 1st week of june 98 for what thats worth .. i dont quite understand what you mean by "IT" but on all 3 credit bureau reports they say this will come off my reports in 9/05 .. i understand if i must i can file bankruptcy but it would be a shame to have to do this after "almost" 4 years & besides the appx 700. fee would be quite alot for me at this time .. i'll look at the nevada info on your site in a couple days but do you know if i were to be sued would i need to be served some kinda papers in person or would it be done through the mail by this local attorney , it was some kinda 30 day validation notice dated last week .. well again i thank you very much for all your help , kelly ..
