How much to pay in ch 13

My wife and I are considering considering a ch 13 and I am wondering what a judge will make us pay back in terms of a percentage of the total debt. The total unsecured debt is about $150,000. We make about $80,000/year between the 2 of us. Our house payment is $1,750 and we have one nice vehicle with about $700/month in payments/gas/insurance. Plus all of the standard food and clothing expenses everyone has. We also have 3 kids. I've heard judges will approve plans that pay back as little as 10% of the total. Non of the debts are student loans or back taxes or anything that would be deemed non-dischargable. Thanks for your help.
