Thank you WHYCHAT. I think I understand what you are saying now. MY chapter 7 paper was all completed and my lawyer was trying to see if I had to much "dispoable" income to be able to do a chapter 7. He said I had to much. What I would like to know is what do I cite when I call him on at the begininng of the week?
Just ask him if this state either has federal of state expemtions and point out the fact that ssi and va benefits are exempt on the federal level?
I was looking for dispoable income guidelines and I havent found anything on it.
