I have 100% homestead exemption in my state and my car is 100% financed (no equity). Won't they baulk since we make $80k/year? I mean we can pay "something" back. If they liquidate all of my non-exempt assets they may get $10,000. I could pay $30,000 confortably over the next 3 years. That's only 20% but thats better than the 6 or 7% they would get in a ch7. You still think ch7 is the way to go?
