i dont mean to write alot on this subject like i am but i know both you & why chat are right on what ya suggest its just a lil scarey to get in over my head with all these legal issues that im dealing with , i mean both you guys seem so experenced which makes it alot easier .. your right linda i need to be mad not scared its just honestly i hate sending back that validation letter id just rather wait to see what their next move would be than if it gets more threatening id send in the sol info that why chat kindly provided becouse i now believe the 4 yr sol is up (june 98) going by why chat has explained to me .. its just a lil scarey cause im dealing with alot right now in my life & i mean heck i have nothing even if they won a judgement but im gonna send the papers in .. well thanx again guys !!
