This is a no-brainer. Simply ammend your report to show that you expect your housing costs to be 1200 a month starting as soon as you get these debts resolved. That you housing situation is temporary due to your lack of credit and funds to have your own home. To PROVE your pint, go to your local bank and ask to get a loan qualification to purchase a house, get a committment from them based on your existing incme and existing credit.Get listings from a real estate broker for homes in THAT price range. Get rental listinga from him also. Make sure you include in your projected home costs, utilities and insurance but not taxes, (I believe you get a property tax exemption) That will take care of your "disposable"income.NO ONE can expect to have you continue to live "rent free" for the next 3 years.
