WAIT A MINUTE !!! Are you saying the VA didn't pay your medical bills in 1999?? Did the hospital know you were a veteran?I don't think you are obliged to pay them ANYTHING! Even so, if you want to continue wth the BK, ammend your statement as I said and include that the harrassment of the collection agents for bills that you shouldn't have had to pay have affected your health.
