CRA update of file to

CRA says update of my credit file will be sent to all that have got copys within the last year. I don't know what to expect. I mean these people could send a copy out,and not tell the company getting the report why it was sent. Do you know? Do the CRAs tell the people why a report is sent? It may sound like a dumb question, but Im learning you get from these people, no more than they have to give you.
