I am buying a car (1993) from car lot.I
went 7-09-02 to talk to owner,We made arangements
for me to paid $500.00 (which I did on Visa check card)
& to return 7-19-02 to pay another $300.00. I then
would only owe about $60.00 plus july's pmt $290.00 on 7-27th.. My car was repo yesterday 7-14-02..I show the repo man my receipt & also
advise him that we had made arangements. Infact
it was the owner himself who took the payment
from me.I let the repo man have the car.He said all he know that was told to pick it up. Can he do
this?
