ok guys did what ya'll suggested so this morning i mailed off that validation letter request to this local attorney representing "mbna" ( sent it return receipt requested ).. this may be a stupid question but if i dont ask i dont know so NOW what am i waiting for by doing this ? lets say they validate the debt how long appx will it take for me to hear back from them saying they've validated it if they can ? from all the posts ive read i believe once they do this i'll send another certified letter to them saying under nevada law statue 11.190 the sol has expired on this debt as of june 02 ( origional 1st late on this account was late june 98 ).. ok guys now guess its wait & see = fun fun fun , yeah right .. thanx for all the help - kelly ..
