For whatever year they send it. But I doubt they are sending anything. This is really old.

My guess: was your bank bought by another bank? Kinda of sounds like it. In that case, the computer just spit out bunches of letters without regard to the date of the charge off. There may be some laws about that. Wait for Why Chat, he would know.
