validation question-Why Chat, Linda, ANYONE!

I have sent out 3 validation letters to the 3 CA on accounts that I have disputes on. I have recieved all 3 green cards back and now all I have recieved is a letter from one saying they recieved my dispute and are looking into it, another has sent me a letter asking for a copy of my DL,SS card, and 3 handwritten signatures. They also stated that it would take an additional 60 days to investigate! I have been around and around with these people. What is my next step? Can anyone help with this one?
