Where is this FL SOL statute, exactly, please?

I've looked all thru the posts for this and not found the answer: In Florida state law, where is the statute that says creditcard collections SOL begins with the date of the first delinquency? I need to prove this in court next month, as the CA is trying to say it began with the DOLA. This is about Discovercard, where I first missed a payment in April, '98, and was not able to get current after that.
