Keep Changing Date of Last Activity

There is an account that has been over 7 years on my report that should be removed. Now two collection agencies are reporting it and keep changing the date of last activity so I cannot get it removed. I have disputed it numerous times and no one will help. I have even sent old credit reports with the real original date of last activity. Someone please help!!!!
