Yes -for the OC-
Believe me, once they get that reply from you, they will probably fall over backwards to send you something completely clearing you from any pament requirements, someone in their collection department with their head up their A$$ sent that letter to you WITHOUT any authorization from anyone. That letter is GOLD. if you wanted to hit them with a lawsuit.(but don't let on that you know that)
