If you are asking additional questions on the same subject, stick to the original thread, it is too confusing to have a new thread with a new caption and not be able to get the original information.
To answer your "new" questions. The judgment itself cannot besold, however the right to collect on it and releae it may be. However, what usually happens is that a CA will have the underlying account sold to them without even knowing that there is a judgment from the OC already on it.If you go on line,on google, and type in "county name" california judgment liens. You will get to a source for finding the recorded judgments in Cal, there is a fee in most Cal. Counties for getting the information on recorded liens.
