Is there any law that regulates the credit card payment authorizations? Because I actually signed for two credit card payment authorizations. One was for the monthly fees and the other one was for annual maintenance fees and taxes.

I strongly believe that they are lacking of good customer service because they never approcahed me prior the Notice of Delinquient Assessment. Is there any law regarding customer service as well?
