harrasing phone calls

Hi ive been receiving harrasing phone calls from a collection agency, i sent them a cease and desist letter telling them i had no intention of paying this debt and that they were not to contact me again however i have received two phone calls since then the first i asked to speak to a supervisor and she said by law they could contact me one more time to tell me they would not be contacting me again. and today i received another call i asked to speak to a supervisor and the guy put me on hold and then hung up i have privacy manager with caller id so the phone number is recorded also this debt is more than four years old and i live in texas any suggestions thanks.
