Correction - did not REFUSE to make my payments - they wouldn't accept them because they did not bring my account current because I would not pay the $722 which was their error. Some jerk tore up my payment before the correction hit the computer. Of course, now they are saying they can't find that they made an error - of course this is their collections people saying this. Wait for the update from today I am about to post - shock your socks off!
