YES FILE COMPLAINTS! A couple of weeks ago, Linda posted a link to an interview with a couple of FTC staffers. They said that the FTC can run sting operations. They can insert dummy accounts into batchs of bad paper sold to Ca's. You never know if someone who is breaking the law may well be part of an ongoing investiagtion or,if they get enough complaints about the same thing from different geographic regions, they may start an active investigation. It sure can't hurt to complain and it may well help.
