Yes I did notice that your post said you were not on Chexsystems, but for those who have never tackled them PLEASE BE AWARE... Chex tends to act like they are immune from the FCRA... They are probably the most difficult CRA to get items removed from... They almost ALWAYS verify data... You would have more luck with a large steel ball bearing and a rubber mallet...
