I would NOT discuss your intentions to file bk with the workout person. They just might become even more agressive. But if the sale is slated for 7/25....you better have your filing in before the sale or else you will definitely lose the house. You have to file b4 the sale....so be careful in thinking that they will put this on hold for you...
