I was stupid Bounch checks

Hello. I am 23 years old. I was stupid and bounched checks. i guess i did not talk to husband and did not understand how much money we had in acocunt. it bounced about 10 checks. If i had the money to pay for these Iw ould! I feel so stupid!!I am on ssi for learning disablity and just dont have the money! husband dont make enough either.
We are going to file bankruptsy can I file for the checks also. I know i can go to jail for these:( even if i didnt mean to bounce them. will them come and get me while in court? can u file it on checks?
SOOOOOOOOOOO Scared! I did not know we did not have the money!
