We're filling out the bankruptcy forms and trying to assign value to our property...two questions. One, do we put down the value that we could actually get for it through a sale or garage sale? For instance we have a TV that is probably worth $100 if I listed it in the paper I might get that, but if I sold it in a yard sale, might get $50 or less. I don't want to seem like I am underestimating, but I also don't want to overestimate.

Question Two: What types of things do we include on our list? Do we have to include things like toasters, food processors, CD's, video games etc? Or are they just looking at furniture?? We don't have a lot of furniture or appliances since we rent, but we have lots of little things. But the the little things are worth practically nothing.

Thanks for your help!!!!!
