Hi, sorry. We live in Florida. Right now our service called Call Interrupt is catching a lot of the creditors, so we never even get the calls, but I'm afraid they will get more drastic if they can't reach us and try to contact family etc.

We just switched to a new lawyer and she seems great is charging about $300 less than the other guy. She said that we might be able to offset the repairs needed on the cars against the value which might reduce it enough to keep one of them. We'd be happy to turn in one and keep the other, but we can't afford to turn in both. We fond out that we can't just put them in my name because they use the 90 day thing, and we don't want to wait that long.

Thanks!
