I'd hate to see anyone file bk over $6500. I know it's a lot right now but in the grand scheme of things, it's not worth the bk baggage. Do you have other unsecured debt? Other cc debt, medical debt, auto repo, etc. Also, why Chapter 13? You'd be much better off in a 7 if you file.
