There hasn't been any judgement. TMCC just sent the info relating to the repossession (7/98). They only attempted to collect the outstanding balance and then sold the account. No payment has been sent, no settlement, no lawsuits, just a dunning letter from UCSB and now this phone call from SRA. What are the SOLs on repos in VA?
