Failure to Validate

I recently sent a demand for validation to a local CA. They responded with two identical letters claiming to include a copy of the returned check and notice of dishonored check, but the envelopes contained nothing more than the letters _claiming to include the copies_.

This would be funny if it wasn't so damned sad!

They outright lied in the letter saying that they'd given me proof of the debt. At first I thought _I_ was mistaken, but I guess they really don't have a returned check from me after all. LIARS!

I just drafted a letter saying, "You failed, you're a liar, now you're trouble, here's why, here's what you owe me, want a fight?"

Any advice on how to deal with this? Am I on the right track?

Thanks,
jeje
