You just don't want to deal with anything, do you? Don't want to deal with BK. Don't want to deal with phone calls. Don't want to deal with figuring out how to pay back an ENORMOUS amount of money. Don't want to deal with being sued. Don't want to deal with the THREAT of being sued. Goodness, you're going to HAVE TO DEAL WITH SOMETHING. These companies are very likely to sue. Truly your best bet is BK. Give yourselves a chance!!!!! BK will do that. None of these debts sound very old, so you don't have SOL on your side to just "forget about it" like you're wanting to do.
