Validate with the CA. I found the same thing on my reports for two accounts. Each account claimed open in 2002 and the DOLA was mid-97. One was an entry from Gulfstate and the other was from Palisade (both CAs are really OSI). So far disputing with the CRAs has worked to get them off. After first dispute, Gulfstate sent a letter that they would delete from all reports and have done so. However, I have no guarantee that the Palisade account will stay off.
