I have a judgment against me for around $13k in unsecured CC debt in NYS.What can the lawfirm legally seize from me?Can they take property or vehicles?I own my own business so I'm not worried about garnished wages. Can they block my business checking account?I do not own a house, but rent.I thought I read on here that property can't be seized for CC debt, could someone please verify.Thanks.
